Took my car in for a brake inspection and was expecting the usual up sell and was pleasantly surprised when Mike advised the brake pads were at 70% and was even more surprised when I didn’t get a huge bill. Mike is a very knowledgeable guy and I would trust him with all my vehicle repairs.

Service is always good! I am never told i need something that I don't.I am always given a timeline for routine maintenance that is non Urgent.I needed brake work done.The parts were ordered received and installed all in the same day.Everyone is always friendly, courteous willing and able to answer my questions. The car wash and vacuum is an added bonus that I really appreciate!
I had just purchased a used truck and needed to get the snow tires off and a new set of rubber on. My problem was I needed it done yesterday and that’s where Mike and staff stepped in. They didn’t say no even though they were booked solid. Instead they asked if I could leave the truck with them and they would get to it as the opportunity presented itself. Later the same say Mike called and it was complete. Many thanks and I’ll see you when my wife and I need to swap out the summers for winters. Y’all are the best, many thanks.

Changed break fluid in my car. It went well. They even provide me a shuttle to home and back. On a test ride they have discovered cause of suspesion noise over bumps and offered a quote to fix it.Communication was excellent. they provided detailed report of their findings.I am happy with Grip Tires and auto.

Always impressed by the service here! I had brought in my car today because it has a screw in the tire. Not only did they fit me in today without an appointment, but they are more than fair with their pricing. All handled within an hour. Great place to take you car for any sort of tire or service need!

Recently had my oil changed at A drive-through business which didn’t go so well. Let’s say they didn’t take responsibility. I took my vehicle into Grip Auto as I was heading to Kamloops within two days. They got me in as an emergency appointment sand looked over the vehicle. They fixed the problem and gave me a courtesy car to use. I was so grateful as the last thing I needed was to get stuck on the Coquihalla by myself. The front staff are knowledgable and Lee is an absolute gem. Thank you so much!

My wife and I were big supporters of Talisman Tire, such a great group of individuals (Looking at you Mike and Lee) who always put there customers first. What I really liked about them is that they didn't oversell work. They would inform what issues took top priority and what work needed to be done in the future. I respect that so much.I am so happy to share that the change over to Gripp Tire has maintained and continues to demonstrate the top level work ethic and customer service. I won't get into details, but how Gripp Auto handled a recent situation was just above and beyond, and I can't rave more about how great this auto body shop is. Good service, nice people. The mechanic team diagnosed my car and found that my battery wasn't charging which prevented my car to start. They tested my old battery and came to the conclusion it needed to be replaced.

They were helpful to me , unfortunately the tire wasn’t repairable.
I waited for a few experiences at this shop before posting to make sure it wasn’t just a first impression that was outstanding. Each and every time I go in I am amazed by the excellent customer service (Lee & Mike), the time they take to inform and explain about the issues experiences with the vehicle, and the comfy waiting area. They have given me a loaner vehicle when the repair would span over the weekend and offered to drop me at home when the vehicle is in just for the afternoon. Their vehicle reports are comprehensive, and from what I can tell their prices are reasonable. All around great shop and I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Took my daughter’s car in as all tires were loosing tire pressure routinely. About 5 PSI over a few days. Mike and the team were amazing. They explained why this was likely happening and suggested we clean the rims and seal them and add new stems. Charged me a great rate. Couldn’t be happier. A family member had driven over a screw which punctured a tire. The management and staff at this location were very accommodating, polite and efficient. Sadly the tire was not saveable so the spare was used to get us on our way. No muss no fuss. Would definitely recommend them based solely upon my experience.
Grip Tire did an excellent Job installing new tires for me. From recommending various brands to a careful installation. My Wheels were new so I was a bit concerned about scratching from dismounting tires, but you don't have to worry about anything like that with these guys. They are professionals. Ill be going back in the future.

I had the awesome folks at Port Moody Grip Auto, help me with an S.O.S situation and they were so friendly and professional.They offered me a courtesy car until my vehicle was fixed and gave me an update as to the pricing before I gave the approval.They provided a cost breakdown and sent me a report so I could decide what was critical to fix now, and what to do at a later date. Very helpful!Overall, all the staff were very friendly ( thank you Jesse/Dean ) showed exemplary customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will be a long time customer going forward and highly recommend them indeed!

Been here a few times for my and my wife's trucks. The man in the front is outrageously kind and generous. I will continue to come back... Hopefully not for a long time.
They did a great job on swapping out our all season tires for winter tires during the winter season.They also did a wonderful job on swapping out the all seasons tires on our other vehicle. Mike at the front desk was very informative and helpful. I highly recommend GRiP TiRE & AUTO.2024-Jan-11 update: We scheduled another winter tire swap, and again, they did a quick and superb job!
